Scout Program Statement

          The Mission Statement of Boy Scouts of America states:

“The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.”

          Troop 412 provides a year-round scouting program for boys ages 11 to 18 years old, or in the fifth grade, second semester.  Our goal is to develop in them the ethical character portrayed in the Scout Oath and Law through activities that promote leadership, service, and citizenship.
